Bar Report & Safeguarder Appointments
Bar reports are a commonplace feature of Child Welfare Hearings in sheriff courts.
Reports are produced by solicitors on the instruction of the court. Both our solicitors are regularly appointed by the court to investigate the arrangements for the care and upbringing of children in child contact and residence cases and report recommendations to the court.
Our solicitors are appointed by the court as Safeguarders to children in child protection and children's hearing cases at the sheriff court to protect and safeguard the interests of children.

There was no confusing jargon, just friendly, helpful advice."
