Curator Ad Litem and Reporting Officer Appointments

The Court appoints a curator ad litem to protect the interests of a child who is the subject of proceedings for adoption, permanence order or in an application for a parental responsibilities order.

In these same proceedings, a reporting officer is also appointed to witness agreements to adoption and other order.

Our solicitors Gillian Baker and Paul Gostelow are regularly appointed as curator ad litem and reporting officers to investigate and report to the court.
